Why the fuck does some companies think it's ok to just lolligag their way in customer service? Sure, call me spoiled but don't we all except some type of answer or resolution within a reasonable time?
So back in December I wake up to realized I cannot access my yahoo email. Maybe it got hacked. Who knows. It should have been as easy as "forgot password," answer secret questions, pick your new password. No. Yahoo had to be a fucktart and says "oh, sorry, something is wrong with your account. Please contact customer support." Fine. That's simple enough. But no, you go to the online customer support and THERE IS NO FUCKING OPTION to contact them! Fine. Everyone get something resolved through social media now so, off to twitter I go.
About 24 hours, I get a DM to email them with the details. That's as "good" service as it got... 3 weeks of emailing these losers and all I get as an answer is, "I'm sorry but we're still looking at it." Or my favourite, "our engineering team is still looking after the issue." Why the fuck does it need an engineer to just help me reset a fucking password?!
Fine. Whatever. So, I have do a follow up email weekly to get the same answer and then suddenly 5 weeks from the originally problem, the email I sent "reached an inactive email." WHAT THE FUCK! How is it that for past 5 weeks that I've been just replying and suddenly becomes "inactive?"
It gets better. I go back to twitter to complain but NO FUCKING answer! I DM them. NOTHING. I tweeted again and oh look, a respond of "please reply to the email."
You fucker, have you not been reading my previous message??
I finally got fed up and emailed one last time with the following message.
"This is getting a point that's unacceptable. This originally issue was raised over a month ago.
The inconvenient is no longer tolerated."
And guess what happens... 24hrs after that email was send I got a "we just sent you a new temporary password."
I'm sorry. It took you FUCKIN SEVEN WEEKS to reset a damn fucking password? And it just needed a nasty email?
Maybe there's a reason why "Yahoo" rhythms with "Fuck You"
